Why TMIRCE? I started running with TMIRCE in 2015 after a college friend recommended I come to a Monday Night Track workout. I started attending Monday nights regularly because it was an excellent way to incorporate speed workouts into my weekly routine and sprinting alongside faster runners allowed me to continually push myself and improve.
