Add some variety to your running -- do some speed work on the track! Think you're slow? This is the best way to get faster. Nobody is too slow to try a track workout. This is how you will improve.

Thursday Night Tempo - “Everything we wanted and more.”

The workouts consist of a warm up run to the West Side Highway, an endurance drill, and then end with a cool down run back to the store, averaging 5 to 7 miles total; we make pace groups based on the attendees every week.  


 

Saturday Morning bRUNch - “Stellar service.”

 

Don't know where to start, come join us for this social run. You pick your pace, you pick your distance, then join the rest of the group for coffee, smoothies and muffins at the Whole Foods Cafe.
